Before Human and Delicate was a brand, it was a reminder that helped pull me through professional & societal burnout; An affirmation that I am delicate, sensitive and hurt from harm. I am sensitive, sensual and deserving of calm; An encouragement to heal my wounds, one soft and very sensory step at a time.

I started to journal, doodle and daydream - and they transformed into poetry, affirmation cards, and self-care accessories: Gentle reminders for others who may need them.
